Liability Waiver and Release of Claims

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

I understand and acknowledge that participation in laser tag, mini golf, and go-kart racing activities involves inherent risks and dangers including but not limited to:

Laser Tag Risks: Collisions with other participants, walls, or obstacles; falls due to running in darkened areas; eye strain; minor cuts or bruises from equipment or barriers.

Mini Golf Risks: Slips, trips, and falls on course surfaces; being struck by golf clubs or balls; minor injuries from course obstacles or decorative elements.

Go-Kart Risks: Vehicle collisions with other karts, barriers, or track elements; mechanical failures; loss of control; whiplash or other impact injuries; burns from hot surfaces.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in these activities, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen. I understand that these activities may result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death.

3. RELEASE AND WAIVER

In consideration for being permitted to participate in activities at Sweet Retreat Fun, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE Sweet Retreat Fun, its owners, operators, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in activities or while on the premises.

4. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising out of or related to my participation in activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND FITNESS

I represent that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to immediately inform staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that might affect my participation.

6. SAFETY RULES AND SUPERVISION

I agree to follow all posted rules, safety instructions, and directions given by Sweet Retreat Fun staff. I understand that failure to follow safety rules may result in immediate removal from activities without refund.

7. MINORS

If signing for a minor participant, I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian with authority to enter into this agreement. I accept full responsibility for the minor's actions and agree that this waiver applies to both the minor and myself.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

I consent to the use of photographs, videos, or other media taken during activities for Sweet Retreat Fun's promotional purposes without compensation.

9. SEVERABILITY

If any portion of this agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
